We often think of a talent as a kind of rariry, available only to a few chosen people. Here we mistake the concept of “talent” for the one of “genius” - and they aren’t the same thing! Genius is born once in a century, their names are well known. But talent, strange as it may seem, dwells in everyone, and often not just one talent. It is not necessary to be born with a talent, it can be acquired - human resources are unlimited.
